Centrally located and at walking distance to Comsat Abbottabad, Ayub medical College, Ayub Dental college, PMA and all other urban areas. Surrounded by alot of restaurants and services. If you are traveling without car public transport is available to reach any corner of the city. It is close just 25-30 km from Nathiagali and Thandiani for which you can stay here and avoid expensive accommodation at Nathiagali etc. One of the few hotels in Abbottabad with underground parking. The service and staff is exceptional and I found it good value for money. They can arrange transport as well if you need. Perfect for families as they have family suits and apartments, very cost effective super clean. Rooftop restaurant is a bonus and very reasonably priced. ~ Uzma R

A wonderful stay at Republika Urban by Summit Resort. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere. The property is conveniently located close to shops and markets. The house-basement parking requires some driving skills under the watchful guidance of Mr Talha who is a genuinely helpful host. The 2-room suites are spacious with attached bathrooms. Dining services were suspended when we stayed over this weekend, but breakfast/tea was arranged as requested. I would suggest the hosts to look into addressing the slight wear and tear to further enhance the quality of the stay. Overall very satisfied. ~ P W

Our stay at Republica Urban by Summit Resorts, Abbottabad, was a highly positive and comfortable experience overall. The property is located right in the main city near the bazaar, making everything easily accessible, which was a huge relief for us after traveling from colder regions with small children. The apartments and rooms we booked were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We also appreciated having 24/7 hot water without any hassle. The staff was quite limited (only two boys on duty), but they were extremely cooperative, hardworking, and always running around to assist us, which gave the place a very welcoming, home-like vibe. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The driveway leading to the ground-floor parking area needs improvement. Additionally, the driver accommodation they provided for a fee was in very poor condition. As a result, we had to cancel one of our separate rooms and pay extra to upgrade to a third apartment just to ensure our drivers had a proper place to stay. Despite the driver accommodation issue, it is a great property, and we had a peaceful stay. Recommended. ~ Saad U

Wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful as we reached directly from babusar top and travelled for 9 hrs and reached the property at 11.30pm. The ambiance and rooms are perfect for some quite and relaxing time after a long journey. The owner and staff were very hospitable and accomodating. Would definitely give it a visit again. ~ Anam S

Very clean, well lit and conveniently located. I would rate it as best hotel in abbottabad in terms of value for money. Apartments are reasonably priced for families and groups.
