Centrally located and at walking distance to Comsat Abbottabad, Ayub medical College, Ayub Dental college, PMA and all other urban areas. Surrounded by alot of restaurants and services. If you are traveling without car public transport is available to reach any corner of the city. It is close just 25-30 km from Nathiagali and Thandiani for which you can stay here and avoid expensive accommodation at Nathiagali etc. One of the few hotels in Abbottabad with underground parking. The service and staff is exceptional and I found it good value for money. They can arrange transport as well if you need. Perfect for families as they have family suits and apartments, very cost effective super clean. Rooftop restaurant is a bonus and very reasonably priced. ~ Uzma R

I recently stayed at Republica Urban Hotel in Abbottabad and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and professional — always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal — peaceful yet close to main city spots. The property is conveniently located close to shops and markets. The house-basement parking requires some driving skills under the watchful guidance of Mr Talha who is a genuinely helpful host. The 2-room suites are spacious with attached bathrooms. Dining services were suspended when we stayed over this weekend, but breakfast/tea was arranged as requested. I would suggest the hosts to look into addressing the slight wear and tear to further enhance the quality of the stay. Overall very satisfied. ~ P W

We had very good time at Republika urban hotel, we were group of total 20 adults and children’s, we booked four apartment’s, everybody was very accommodating specially Talha, he responded to our every query and helped us out of the way, water was hot, heaters were provided in every room, i will recommend 100% staying at republika urban hotel, ~ Haseeb A

Wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful as we reached directly from babusar top and travelled for 9 hrs and reached the property at 11.30pm. The ambiance and rooms are perfect for some quite and relaxing time after a long journey. The owner and staff were very hospitable and accomodating. Would definitely give it a visit again. ~ Anam S

We booked an apartment for family, it included isolated two bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen and a living room. I must say it was very clean with all basics provided for. Staff was nice as well.
